Bolivia (Update)
On 6 November 2018, the Bolivia Civil Defense reported recent heavy rain affected three municipalities in Cochabamba Department: Son Arque, Mizque, and Arani, and interrupted at least 10 main highways. In addition, media reported, rain and landslides affected transportation networks on several highways, injured 63 people, and caused 13 fatalities. On 6 November 2018, the Guatemala National Coordination for Disaster Reduction (CONRED) reported that El Fuego Volcano generated moderate explosions this morning, at 8:00AM local time, with ash columns at 4,800 meters above sea level dispersing 20 kilometers toward the west and southwest. Ash particles were reported in the following communities in the Chimaltenango Department: Panimache, El Porvenir, Morelia, Santa Sofía, Sangre de Cristo, Finca Palo Verde in Yepocapa Municipality.
