  • AFR: Guam (5), Tuvalu (1)

Guam : In week 12, five new AFR reports were received, all unrelated to measles. Four of the individuals were up-to-date or partially vaccinated, while one case remains under investigation. According to the risk assessment, the risk to Guam is moderate due to suboptimal measles vaccination coverage, with approximately 80% of children aged 35 months having received at least one dose. This incomplete coverage poses a vulnerability to potential outbreaks. OER _ measles Risk assessment 26/03/2025
