The purpose of this report is to provide the update on the current operations undertaken after TC Winston.
This Situation Report is issued by the National Emergency Operation Centre and covers the period from 0800hrs - 1600 hours, on Sunday, 13/03/2016. Updates in this report summarise all reports and briefs submitted from the four (04) Divisional Emergency Operation Centres (DEOC’s).
1.0 NATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

A total of 310 active evacuation centers nationwide with the Eastern Division recording 117 and Western Division with 193. Northern and Central Division Evacuation centres are all closed.

A total of 9341 evacuees across the nation with 2503 from the Eastern Division and 6,838 from the Western Division.

The Prime Minister of the Solomon Islands Honorable Manasseh Sogavare was accompanied by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer iTaukei Affairs Board Mr Apakuki Kurusiga visited Koroipita Settlement in Lautoka district.

Coalition of NGOs: 2000 litres of water was supplied to 20 households in Sorokoba Village, which will last for Two [2] weeks and 20 hygiene packs was distributed to 4 houses in Vadravadra including clothing, feminine products and wash lasting 1 month.
2.0 STATUS SUMMARY UPDATE ON DEATHS DURING TC WINSTON, EVACUATION CENTRES AND EVACUESS
Number of deaths remained at 44 when this report was compiled. Only two (2) Divisions,
Western and Eastern still have active Evacuation Centres. The total no. of evacuees for the 2 divisions as at to-date is 10,098.
