This Protection Monitoring and Solutions (PMS) Report was produced in partnership with UNHCR’s protection partner, EOTC-DICAC (Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church Development and Inter-Church Aid Commission), as part of the EU IM3 Project under the Protection Monitoring and Solutions component. The PMS Assessment was conducted from November 22–27, 2025, in Wadla Woreda, North Wollo Zone of Amhara Region.
