Negelle March 27/2013 Construction of different social service facilities is underway in Bore Town ,Gujji Zone of Oromia State at a cost of over 31 million Birr, the town administration said. Town Mayor, Bekele Berie said the facilities include, among others, construction of a modern hospital, safe water unit, a research center and an assembly hall. The hospital will have laboratory, surgical and delivery wards and pharmacy , among others. The assembly hall will have capacity to give service to 500 people at a time. The federal and regional governments allocated the budget for implementation of the facilities. The facilities will benefit over 1.5 million residents in the zone.
