Amhara

Reports of on-going attacks on civilians including kidnapping during the reporting period (Nos TBD). However, a significant movement of State forces and UAGs was observed in the region, leading to increased tension within the community.

Tigray

Reports of on-going human rights violations and forcibly displacement of persons from Western zone by the different armed groups particularly people who are profiled and targeted based on ethnicity.

Oromia

March 2025-The security situation in the Horo Guduru Wollega zone (Abe Dongoro Woreda) worsened as clashes intensified between government security forces and non-state armed groups. This escalation of violence resulted in severe protection concerns, with civilians caught in the conflict facing heightened risks. The hostilities led to tragic civilian casualties (No. TBC), further restricting access to essential services. Affected communities experienced increased vulnerabilities, exacerbating their humanitarian needs and limiting their ability to recover from the crisis
