HIGHLIGHTS

• Health cluster partners response e orts during this period successfully reached 639,031 people. This signi cant achievement raised our total reach to 2.2 million individuals across 320 districts in 84 zones. Among those assisted were 365.7K internally displaced persons (IDPs), 113.4K returning IDPs, 1.7 million non-IDPs, and 32.6K returning migrants, all supported by the collaborative work of 40 Health Cluster partners throughout the country.

• Health Cluster partners supported 234 active mobile health and nutrition teams, enabling them to successfully deliver essential primary health services, consultations, and treatments, reaching 366K individuals across the a ected areas in the country in the reporting month.

• During the period, a total of 663 measles cases and one deaths, with a case fatality rate (CFR) of 0.15% were reported. • In the month of May 2025, the country reported a total of 520,782 Malaria cases.

• WHO has provided 256.58 MT emergency medical kits to various health facilities as well as 234 MHTs across the country.
