Highlights

• Health cluster partners response efforts during this period successfully reached 307,344 people. This significant achievement raised our total reach to 1.59 million individuals across 302 districts in 79 zones. Among those assisted were 279,956 internally displaced persons (IDPs), 85,353 returning IDPs, 1.2 million non-IDPs, and 23,174 returning migrants, all supported by the collaborative work of 40 Health Cluster partners throughout the country.

• Health Cluster partners supported 234 active mobile health and nutrition teams, enabling them to successfully deliver essential primary health services, consultations, and treatments, reaching 297K individuals across the aected areas in the country in the reporting month.

• From Jan – Apr 2025, a total of 3,908 measles cases and 22 deaths, with a case fatality rate (CFR) of 0.56% were reported.

• As of April 2025, the country has reported a total of 1,978,505 Malaria cases and 77 deaths.

• WHO has provided 216.9 MT emergency medical kits to various health facilities as well as 234 MHTs across the country.
