As outlined in the Humanitarian Coordinator Vision Paper for 2025, the Ethiopia Humanitarian Fund will champion and push for significant change in the implementation of key principles of inclusive programming and programme focus areas. To that end, and in order to strengthen inclusion and accountability in the humanitarian response, this Directive serves as a practical guide to implement the HCs vision in this respect and to ensure all partners track the below indicators and implement corresponding activities in EHF-supported programs1. The content of this Directive has been agreed upon by all cluster and cross cutting leads.
