OBJECTIVES
- To conduct a multi-sectoral assessment of seismic activities in affected areas to identify urgent humanitarian needs, assess the extent of damage, and recommend priorities for response and recovery.
- To provide technical back up to the team working on the ground and Incident Command Post (ICPs) (both in Awash 7 and Metehara).
- Liaise with the response team and ensure life-saving emergency supplies are transported and reaching the affected and evacuated people in Afar and Oromia regions.
