• In the process of entering into the recovery and reconstruction, it is necessary to have a transition phase where humanitarian assistance should still be provided.

• The needs of urban areas have been addressed in a timely manner, whereas rural areas still remain a challenge for the response.

• Public information dissemination about government programs and conditions must be improved for the beneficiaries.

• Epidemiological activities including vector control and public outreach about the risks of Zika,
  Dengue and Chikungunya must be ensured.
