The Migration Program Manager at the Canadian Embassy in Ethiopia visited Markazi refugee site. On 24 March, the Migration Program Manager at the Canadian Embassy in Ethiopia Mr. Gene Rudyk visited the Markazi site. The aim of the mission was to familiarize the team with the migration situation in Djibouti, and how to support UNHCR in its various refugee support programs. On arrival in Obock, the team was received by the UNHCR and ONARS camp manager as well as the deputy prefect of the Obock region. Mr Gene also met the leaders of the Yemeni and Eritrean communities living on the site. The Program manager also visited UNHCR offices and had a productive meeting with a multifunction team on Wednesday 26 March
