A few days after violent clashes in the city of Kitchanga, people who fled the fighting are starting to return home. Frédéric Boyer, the ICRC's head of sub-delegation in Goma, describes the current situation and what the organization is doing to help those affected by the violence, many of whom have lost their homes and livelihoods.
