Heavy rainfall continued to affect southern Ivory Coast, in particular the coastal city of Abidjan, the main city of the country, since 13 June, causing floods and triggering landslides that have resulted in more casualties and damage.
Media report, as of 25 June, 24 fatalities and two persons still missing across the Abidjan city area, mainly due to floods.
Over the next 48 hours, moderate rainfall is still forecast over the already affected area.
