HIGHLIGHTS:

LAC: Atlantic hurricane season ends with record lows - only two hurricanes, both category 1.
COLOMBIA: The departments of Chocó and Valle del Cauca have been affected by floods, with about 50,000 people affected.
GUATEMALA: Some 63,500 people are in situations of food insecurity. Authorities and WFP are distributing food.
