Forced displacement: An estimated 1,000 people were displaced in the Pacific region. In southern Córdoba department, new illegal armed groups continue to cause small-scale displacements.

Through the quarterly report on its Mission to Support the Peace Process in Colombia (MAPP/OEA), the OAS Secretary General considers as a major concern the “emergence and growth of some groups operating outside the law” and ”the way the civilian population is becoming involved in the violent dynamics imposed by the post-demobilization groups”.
