Due to the situation in Venezuela, the number of people arriving in Colombia from the neighbouring country continues to increase. By the end of 2019, 1,771,237 million refugees and migrants were living in Colombia and, according to the population projections in the Response Plan (RMRP), by 2020 there will be 2.4 million Venezuelans in the country.
