The Huila province in southern Colombia has been impacted by heavy rain, thunderstorms and strong winds, resulting in casualties and damage.
According to media reports, one person was injured, several facilities and structures were damaged, and power cuts affected at least six municipalities, including the departmental capital, Neiva.
For the next 24 hours, moderate to heavy rainfall is expected across the departments of Antioquia, Chocó, Cauca, Valle del Cauca, Nariño, Caldas, Quindío, Risaralda, Cundinamarca, Tolima, Huila, Amazonas, Vaupés, Caquetá and Boyacá.
