  • An UARIV report indicated there were 5.7 million victims in Colombia’s armed conflict between 1985 and September 2013.

  • Ombudsman’s Office presented a national map on the risks of human rights violations in the context of the armed conflict. About 1 million people are at risk.

  • Humanitarian Situation Risk Index indicates that nearly 30 per cent of the country’s municipalities are at high risk of a humanitarian emergency.

  • FARC-EP and PDAGs cause mass displacements on Venezuela border. Around 800 affected.
