On 12-13 June, heavy rains triggered landslides in the northeast of Medellín, western Colombia, resulting in fatalities and damage.
According to media and as of 13 June, two people died due to the collapse of a building caused by a landslide, two people were rescued, and another four people were injured. Five buildings were temporarily evacuated.
Over the next 48 hours, more rain with isolated very heavy rain is forecast across Colombia, including the already affected Medellín.
