SUMMARY
Using a decentralized approach, the Colombia Humanitarian Country Team (HCT) has refined its response planning around communities’ expressed priorities. Building on the 2024-2025 biannual Humanitarian Response Plan to Community Priorities (HRPCP), an update is being developed to include regional strategies as annexes to the national plan. To support this, 16 regional workshops were conducted with over 70 community representatives and 142 local and national NGOs to design response strategies addressing community-expressed priorities.
