Colombia: Estrategia de Localización (actualización 2025)

SP: Con la cumbre mundial de la ayuda humanitaria la comunidad internacional se comprometió a mejorar la eficiencia del sistema humanitario a través el Gran Pacto.

En 2023 se lanzó en Colombia el piloto de la Iniciativa Flagship el cual busca transformar el sistema humanitario hacia un mayor enfoque en las prioridades y el involucramiento de las comunidades y el fortalecimiento de actores locales. A través de un proceso consultivo con actores locales y nacionales se desarrolló la estrategia de localización de Colombia con cuatro pilares. En el contexto del reajuste humanitario 2025 se añadió un quinto pilar:

1. Mejorar la coordinación y la participación
2. Fortalecer capacidades de actores locales
3. Aumentar la financiación directa en calidad y cantidad
4. Mejorar la comunicación y visibilidad
5. Incidir con otros actores para el posicionamiento y el diálogo.

ENG: At the World Humanitarian Summit, the international community committed to improving the efficiency of the humanitarian system through the Gran Bargain.

In 2023, the pilot of the Flagship Initiative was launched in Colombia, which seeks to transform the humanitarian system towards a greater focus on priorities and community involvement and the strengthening of local actors. Through a consultative process with local and national actors, Colombia's localization strategy was developed with four pillars. In the context of the 2025 humanitarian realignment, a fifth pillar was added:

1. Improve coordination and participation.
2. Strengthen the capacities of local actors.
3. Increase direct funding in quality and quantity.
4. Improve communication and visibility.
5. Engage with other actors for positioning and dialogue.
