HIGHLIGHTS

• On June 21, the GTRM Tarapacá (for its acronym in Spanish) communicated the results of the consultative process carried out with local partners aimed at generating humanitarian response proposals to the Regional Presidential Delegation considering the closure of the "Lobito" temporary center in August 2024.

• On June 25, the third plenary meeting of the partners of the R4V Chile platform took place. During the meeting, the preliminary results of the Joint Needs Assessments (JNA) were shared, providing crucial input to identify priority needs in the sectors for the 2024 Refugee and Migrant Needs Assessment (RMNA). The methodology will be replicated in the Tarapacá GTRM to integrate the differentiated needs of the population in transit.
