As of July 23, 2023, a total of 329,177 Sudanese refugees had been registered (54.5% of them in Adré, the epicenter of the crisis) and 48,180 Chadian returnees (IOM), since the start of the conflict in Sudan on April 15, 2023.

Three provinces affected and 9 health districts

Ouaddai (Adré, Abéché, Amleayouna and Hadjar Hadid): 79.3% of displaced persons
