Insecurity and violence persist in the Central African Republic, increasing the vulnerability and needs of the people affected including IDPs and refugees.An estimated 2.5 million in need of humanitrian aid including more than 487,580 displaced people, 418,296 CAR refugees in neighboring countries and 132,414 evacuees people.
