  • Approximately 122,869 children under age five have been vaccinated during a measles vaccination campaign from 22 to 24 May 2013 in the eight districts of Bangui. About 112,370 children received Albendazole for deworming while 120,313 children were administered Vitamin A supplements.

  • About 56 children between the ages of 12 and 17 have been released from armed groups.

  • The ICRC is operating mobile clinics in the Nana Gribizi Province.

  • Findings of a rapid food security assessment carried out on the Damara- Sibut road revealed that 8,248 people are affected by the recent crisis.
