Highlights

• An ACF rapid food security assessment in Bossangoa reveals that 30 to 60% of farmers have planting seeds.

• Measles outbreak in Bouar. 25 suspected measles cases amongst children aged from 6 to 59 months reported.

• Findings of a protection assessment carried out by Ideale in the 5th district of Bangui reveals that the main protection risks in the district include: armed violence 36% gender based violence 32%, arbitrary arrests and detentions 15%, movement restrictions (to other neighborhood’s) 11% and excessive consumption of alcohol and drugs 6%.

• A hotline has been set-up to support GBV victims.
