• USG humanitarian partners continue to respond to high levels of need among refugees and asylum-seekers arriving in CAR from Sudan, particularly in Korsi displacement site and the neighboring host community.
• Between 500,000 and 750,000 people experienced Crisis—IPC 3—or worse levels of acute food insecurity and required emergency food assistance between June and August, FEWS NET reports.
• Armed group violence adversely affected humanitarian access throughout 2024, with the UN recording 110 incidents between January and September.
