The security situation throughout the country remains volatile. Inter-community attacks continue, notably against the Muslim communities, driving-up the number of refugees and evacuees fleeing to Cameroon, Chad, Republic of Congo and the DRC. Humanitarian operations continue to be constrained by severe lack of funding. Operations to support influx of refugees and evacuues are scalling up in Chad, Cameroon and Republic of Congo. Over the last week, more than 6,000 evacuees in Cameroon were repatriated to their country of origin.
