WINNIPEG, Manitoba, May 9 (Reuters) - Manitoba will take the drastic step of breaking its dikes on the flooded Assiniboine River, swamping a vast swath of farmland in the Canadian Prairie province and displacing hundreds more people to avoid worse flooding.
