In December 2024, 28 cluster partners supported cluster activities and reached 6,164 persons (2,561 boys and 3,603 girls), compared to November 2024 when they reached over 13K persons. The results show that more children are reached with CP activities than boys. The most active age groups in CPAoR activities are girls from the age groups 10-14 years. 61% of cluster partners implemented HNO/HRP projects while 39% implemented Non-HNO/HRP projects. Targeted fundraising and donor advocacy in 2025 could be an excellent activity by cluster partners to improve funding for the cluster. 22% of the HRP projects were implemented in the NW and 39% in the SW. Also, Cluster interventions should purposefully target more IDPs as only 2% on unique IDPs were reached in December with 98% of other categories of persons reached. Again, only 1 community based protection mechanism was reported functional signaling the need to reinforce accountability mechanisms in the CPAoR communities in the NWSW. Furthermore, 75 child friendly spaces were reported functional with only 3 in the NW and 72 in the SW. The gap in the NW could be as a result of under reporting or non-functionality of the CFS. There is the need for project funders to reinforce field monitoring to ensure that funded spaces are fully operational. It is worth noting that all the 3 spaces in the NWR were reported by CBCHS while all the 72 in the SWR were reported by Caritas Kumba.
