In November 2025, 17 AoR partners implemented child protection activities in all 11 out of 13 Divisions and covered 31 Subdivisions of the NWSW. These partners include UNICEF, UNESCO, TeenAlive Association, Caritas Kumba, Caritas Kumbo, CBCHS, CES, GLOCIR, GOOWILL FOUNDATION, Green Partners Association, International Rescue Committee, LUKMEF, NRC, REACH BACK, SUDAHSER, SENHOFA, and BIHAPH.

At least 50% reported from both regions, with 3 organizations (UNICEF, UNESCO, and LUKMEF present in both regions (NWSW). The top 3 Divisions covered were Donga-Mantung with 35% (3,527), Mezam with 19% (1,882), and Ndian with 11% (1,099), people reached. The 3 Divisions with the lowest reach were Bui, Meme, and Menchum Divisions. No reports came in from Momo and Ngo-Ketunjia Divisions.

A total of 10,006 (99.9%) persons, (57%) females, (43%) males, (including 73%) children, 22% adults, 5% elderly. Out of these, 3% were adults and children with disabilities reached with mental health and psychosocial support. MHPSS services provided included positive parenting, recreational activities for children, awareness creation, implementation of GBV risk mitigation measures, and psychosocial counseling.

The AoR partners distributed birth certificates to 415 (4%) children, that is, 199 (48%) girls, and 216 (52%) boys. This was distributed by Caritas Kumba, TeenAlive Association, NRC, and SUDAHSER in Oku, Bangem, Mamfe, Akwaya, and Ekondo Titi Subdivisions. Nine (09) donors supported CPAoR activities in November 2025.

Seventeen (17) AoR partners (10 in the SW, 10 in the NW, 3 reported from both regions) implemented AoR activities and reached 10,016 persons, including 7,259 (72%) children, 2,232 (22%) adults, and 525 (5%) elderly, were reached with AoR activities. Out of the 7,259 children reached, 56% (4,080) were girls, while 44% (3,179) were boys. Overall, 89% (3,515) of the persons reached were females, while 42% (2,521) were males. 80% of cluster projects/activities implemented were HNO/HRP projects, while 20% were Non-HNO/HRP projects. The trends graph shows a an increase in the number of persons reported from October to November. However, this could be attributed to the continuous enrolment of children in schools and Temporary Learning Spaces (TLS) after the lengthy lockdowns.

The top 3 activities implemented included the provision of mental health and psychosocial support to children and their caregivers and reached 10,006 (99.99%) persons 5,719 (57%) females, 4,287(43%) males, including 7,259 (73%) children (4,080 girls and 3,179 boys). The partners who reported this activity included Caritas Kumba, CBCHS, CES, IRC, TeenAlive Association, LUKMEF, BIHAPH, and SENHOFA in Muyuka, Buea, Tombel, Bangem, Fontem, Wabane, Alou, Eyumodjock, Kumba 3, Kumba 2, Ekondo Titi, Njinikom, Oku, Misaje, Wum, Bamenda 2, Bamenda 3, Bamenda 1, Bafut, and Babessi.

The second activity with the most reach was the identification and implementation of measures to prevent risks of violence, abuse and exploitation of children during humanitarian contexts. It reached 4,931 (49%) persons made up of 2,117 (57%) females and 1,674 (43%) males. This activity was implemented by Caritas Kumba, TeenAlive Association, LUKMEF, and GPA in Alou, Bangem, Buea, Ekondo Titi, Eyumodjock, Fontem, Kumba 1, Kumba 2, Kumba 3, Limbe 1, Muyuka, Tombel, Wabane, Babessi, Bamenda 3, Fundong, Furu Awa, and Wum Subdivisions.

The third most implemented activity is the provision of support for the issuance of birth certificates to crisis-affected children. It reached 4,240 (42.33%) persons, comprising 2,502 (59%) females, 1,738 (41%) males, 2,292 (54%) children (1,375 girls and 917 boys). Out of the overal total, 415 (10%) received birth certificates. The partners who implemented this activity included Caritas Kumba, TeenAlive Association, NRC, and SUDAHSER in Akwaya, Alou, Bangem, Ekondo Titi, Eyumodjock, Fontem, Mamfe, Muyuka, Tombel, Wabane, and Oku Subdivisions.
