18 September, 2002 10:59 - During the last 24 hours, water level at most stations rose; except, at Chiang Saen, Luang Prabang and from Paksane to Savannakhet - receded. Water level at Koh Khel, Neak Luong is higher than the alarm stages; at Tan Chau and Chau Doc, it has been exceeded flood stages since August 23. In coming days, water levels from Stung Treng down to the Delta continues to rise, at Kompong Cham, Phnom Penh Port, Prek Kdam will exceede alarm stage.
