11 September, 2002 11:38 - During the last 24 hours, water level at stations between Luang Prabang and Kong Chiam receded; meanwhile, from Pakse downstream - rose. Water level at Pakse, Koh Khel is higher than the alarm stage; at Tan Chau and Chau Doc, it has been exceeded flood stages since August 23. In coming days, water levels at stations from Chiang Saen to Pakse continue to recede, from Stung Treng downstream to the Delta continue to rise. Water level at Kompong Cham, Neak Luong will be exceede the alarm stage.
