Ensure access to basic services for the targeted population and strengthen the capacity of households to effectively exercise their fundamental rights.
Support vulnerable population to cope better with shocks by strengthening their resilience, responding to early warning signals in an anticipated manner and promoting social cohesion.
Collect and analyse data on risks and vulnerabilities and integrate results into humanitarian and development programming to better identify, monitor and respond to humanitarian needs.
