SUMMARY: Between 05-11 May, 202 social media posts on the aid sector generated 451 comments across Niger, Mali and Burkina Faso - a 8% decrease in number of comments from the last monitoring period. Notably, this week marked the first instance since March of visible negative sentiment targeting a local NGO, following its intervention in an female genital mutilation (FGM) case in Burkina Faso.
