Slovakia's humanitarian aid given at a ceremony of the Civil Protection Agency

At a ceremony organized by Civil Protection State Agency, the ambassador of the Slovak Republic, HE Michal Kotmann, gave the humanitarian aid provided by the Slovak Republic for the recovery from the floods that struck Bulgaria.

Slovakia is sending 4 motor pumps, 2 generating sets, 100 inflatable boats, 200 sleeping bags, 2 000 eating sets, 20 tents (ten 10-person tents and ten 12-person tents), 5 500 towels and 500 pieces of soap.

The humanitarian aid was distributed in the districts of Shoumen, Veliko Turnovo, Turgovishte, Razgrad, Stara Zagora, Rousse and Pazardzhik.

One water pump will be given to each of the Civil Protection's directorates in Rousse, Turgovishte, Veliko Turnovo and Sofia. The 100 inflatable boats and 200 sleeping bags from Slovakia are distributed to the directorates of the 15 cities. Rousse Civil Protection and Veliko Turnovo Civil Protection will receive one generating set each.
