- In the past few days, several parts of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Slovenia have been affected by heavy rainfall and strong winds that resulted in severe weather-related casualties.
- In Croatia, at least three people died as a consequence of the storm, of whom two in the area of Zagreb and one in the area of Brod-Posavina County. One firefighter died during the intervention from natural causes, in Vukovar-Srijem County. Over 100 people have been injured and 2,000 buildings damaged.
- In Slovenia, one person died in Bled Town, at least three people have been severely injured, over 300 people evacuated and 1000 buildings damaged. Additionnally, widespread damage (forest, infrastructure) has been recorded across the country.
- In Bosnia, another person died in Brcko District while more than 20 people have been injured.
- Furthermore, in Serbia, 20 people have been evacuated on 19 July.
- For the next 24 hours moderate rain with localized thunderstorms is expected across central-northern Croatia, most of Slovenia, northern Bosnia and Herzegovina, and northern Serbia.
