In November, WFP continued to receive requests for assistance from additional municipalities to support those affected by the drought and related fires.

WFP facilitated the installation of three satellite antennas for the internet, as part of its work to link food-insecure smallholders, particularly Indigenous people and women, to sustainable and reliable markets. This aimed to promote online marketing and effective market management by streamlining access to social networks and virtual markets. Furthermore, in collaboration with WFP's China Centre of Excellence, three training sessions on online commerce were held by an e-commerce expert.

Following the previous month’s work as part of the United Nations Emergency Team (UNETE) and the Humanitarian Country Team, WFP has been continuously working for the Vice Ministry of Civil Defence on systematization and updating of the information related to the effects of drought, wildfires, and floods.
