Severe Weather : Bolivia (update)

On 20 March 2018, the Bolivia Civil Defense reported the Lagunillas Council declared the town of Charagua, Cordillera Province, Santa Cruz Department, a disaster zone due to recent heavy rain that caused an overflow of the Parapetí River. To date, the floods have caused two fatalities and one person is believed to be missing. Heavy rain and storms are expected to continue through tonight. Snow Storm : United States of America

On 21 March 2018, the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) reported heavy wet snow and gusty winds in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and New England regions causing the federal government in the Washington, District of Columbia (D.C.) area to close, as well as 4,400 cancelled flights from Washington, D.C. to Boston, Massachusetts, and school closures in portions of Virginia, New York, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Delaware.
