Project Background
With the urge, that needs assessments should be conducted with the most comprehensive analysis by ensuring participation of all humanitarian stakeholders in Bangladesh, SUBARNA project became operational. There has been a value addition of dedicated joint assessment after any disaster with the inclusive effort of Government, Clusters, UN agencies, NGOs and INGOs; which can strengthen the accountability of humanitarian actors while ensuring availability of evidences of damages and needs for guiding the resource mobilization and response to recovery planning to assist the disaster affected community.
