The 2023 Joint Response Plan for the Rohingya refugee response, including the Cyclone Mocha Appeal, is 30 percent funded as of 31 August, with USD 271.0 million received against the overall appeal of USD 918.1 million.
Since the onset of the crisis in August 2017 until the end of 2022, donors have generously contributed over USD 3.5 billion to successive JRPs, amounting to 69 percent of the total financial requirements for that period.
