1.1 Operating programs in MWHC

  • We provide healing programs in three ways: at the Main center, Branch center, and through our outreach program.

  • Operation hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM (flexible depending on the program)

  • We welcome every woman, as long as staff or volunteers are available in the center, even after 1:30 PM.

  • Always greet women with smiles, eye contact, and by calling their names.

  • If anyone is sick, stop the program and take proper action first.

  • Get consent before proceeding with any activity and ensure that women feel comfortable.

  • The healing program should be less than 1 hour.

  • We offer the healing programs based on the number of visits to and use of the center:

  • Level 1: 1 to 5 times
  • Level 2: 6 to 15 times
  • Level 3: more than 15 times
  • Whenever healing program participants move to the next zone, welcome and greet them. The Psycho Social Supporters(PSS) should inform the next zone’s PSS about the participants’ level.

  • If participants want higher-level activities, please explain to them that by coming to the center more frequently, they can experience another level.

  • Form teams of 2 to 4 participants at the same level, and they will go through the healing program together, progressing to the next zone.

  • When you divide participants into 2 groups depending on the level in the branch healing center, you need to ask if it is okay for women to sit down in front of the door.

  • 30 PSS (Psychosocial supporters) will take turns on a monthly basis being in charge of

  • Healing program in the main MWHC (PSS in charge of each zone will clean and manage the room and relevant materials)
