ISCG Situation Update: Rohingya Refugee Crisis, Cox’s Bazar - 30 November 2017

Attachments

625,000 new arrivals are reported as of 29 November, according to IOM Needs and Population Monitoring (NPM).

As noted, ISCG sitrep update currently reports figures verified by IOM NPM, which is a comprehensive community level assessment covering all sites in Cox’s Bazar where Rohingya refugees are present. In parallel, the RRRC-UNHCR Family Counting exercise was recently completed at the household level.

The reconciliation of the above-mentioned processes will take place shortly. It is expected that there will be a significant increase in the number of verified refugees with the inputs from the RRRC-UNHCR Family Counting process.

Kindly note, there was a slight update to the weekly situation report and it has been uploaded here.
