• Few Event-Based surveillance alerts were triggered and investigated including cluster of RDT positive suspected cholera cases and RDT positive Hep E case.

• Acute respiratory infection (ARI), Acute watery diarrhoea (AWD),
Unexplained fever (UF) and suspected malaria are the disease with highest proportional morbidity in last week.

• No notable changes in trends of other diseases and syndromes
