• The Brahmaputra river is in falling trend while the Jamuna is in rising trend.

• The Ganges-Padma are in rising trend while the Surma-Kushiyara are in falling trend.

• The Jamuna may likely to start falling after 24 hours.

• Brahmaputra at Chilmari is flowing above its Danger Level which may continue in next 48 hours while the Jamuna at Bahadurabad and Sariakandi may likely to fall below their respective Danger Levels in next 48 hours.

• The Ganges-Padma river system may likely to continue rising in next 48 hours.
