1. The revised HRP will include both residual needs from previous disasters and needs from the Eastern floods.

2. The five most affected districts in the Eastern floods will be included in the revised HRP. These districts are: Noakhali, Feni, Laxmipur, Cumilla and Khagrachhari.

3. The overall/total PIN will be 1,838,513 (30% of the total affected population). The targeted number of people is 551,554, with 137,202 households.

4. The total financial ask for the Eastern floods is limited up to $24.70 million, based on #3.

5. In order to revise the HRP systematically and fulfill accountability measures:

▪ The clusters will report of the response based on the HRP. This includes response for Cyclone Remal, north-eastern floods and northern riverine floods (Jamuna).

▪ The PIN for the Jamuna riverine flood will be included in the HRP update but not the target.

▪ The clusters will review and revisit activities for Cyclone Remal and northeastern floods and carry over relevant activities. Other activities that are not applicable anymore must be disregarded. This will help reprioritize activities and resources to meet life-saving needs. N.B. The HRP revision will not be merely stacking of numbers and caseloads but must be based on prioritization based on current circumstances on ground.

6. The timeline for the updated HRP will be extended up to March 2025. 7

. The target completion of the revised HRP is on 11 September.
