Location of the disaster: Bangladesh.

Event Details:

Cold weather continues to keep normal public life in extreme misery for the last several days in the country especially in northern region. The prevailing mid cold wave sweeping over the Rajshahi division and the regions of Jessore and Chuadanga might continue and is likely to spread over the Dhaka division and the regions of Srimangal. Temperature between 8 degrees Celsius and 10 degrees Celsius is considered a mid-cold wave. A moderate cold wave, with temperature between 6 degrees Celsius and 8 degrees, is likely to sweep over some places in January.
