Yerevan, October 19. ArmInfo. The Karabakh problem may be solved by the end of this year as the international mediators said earlier, says the leader of non-parliamentary Progressive Liberal Party of Armenia Hovhannes Hovhannissyan.
He says that two months ago the international community realized that it would not be able to solve the Karabakh conflict in the context of the Iranian problem and global geo-political processes. The only moot point of the problem is Kalbajar. The most optimal scenario would be if Armenia ceded 7 districts to Azerbaijan in exchange for the status of Nagorno-Karabakh, says Hovhannissyan.
