On 13 November 2018, the Argentina Civil Defense reported heavy rain and storms yesterday in Buenos Aires city, Cordoba, and Entre Rios. Media reported floods in several central provinces of Buenos Aires and Santa Fe cities, where 1,891 people were evacuated. La Matanza Municipality is the most affected area of the country where 1,561 people were evacuated. Floods also affected the following towns: Lomas de Zamora, Quilmes, Arrecifes, Marcos Paz, Cañuelas, Saladillo, Trenque Lauquen, and Salto. Ecuador

On 14 November 2018, media reported heavy rain isolated seven communities (Illagua Grande, Illagua Chico, Tondolique, Calhuasig Chico, Calhuasig Grande, Chaupiloma, and La Hondonada) in the town of Quisapincha, Tungurahua Province, Ambato Canton, Ecuador.
